Upon booking, a confirmation will be shared with the registered mobile number. We aim to schedule technician visits within 2-6 hours of confirmed bookings. However, exact timing is subject to technician availability and your geographic location. Customers are requested to be present at the service location during the scheduled visit. Missed appointments without prior notice may attract a rescheduling fee.
A free inspection and diagnosis is offered for all repair bookings. Post-diagnosis, a written cost estimate will be provided before any work begins. Repair charges include labor, inspection fee, and cost of genuine spare parts where applicable. Payments can be made via cash, UPI, net banking, or debit/credit card upon service completion. All completed repairs carry a 90-day service warranty covering the specific fault repaired. Warranty claims must be raised through our customer care within the warranty period. Warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, power surges, or unrelated faults.
We use only OEM-approved and manufacturer-recommended spare parts for all repairs. In cases where original parts are unavailable, high-quality compatible alternatives may be used with prior customer consent. All replaced parts are sourced from authorized distributors. Customers have the right to request original spare parts at additional cost where available. Old or replaced parts will be shown to the customer and disposed of or returned as per their preference.

Customers may cancel a service booking at no charge if cancellation is made at least 2 hours before the scheduled technician visit. Cancellations within 2 hours of scheduled time may attract a nominal convenience fee. Refunds for prepaid services are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. If a repair does not fix the reported issue, the technician will revisit at no additional charge within the 90-day warranty period. Service charges once paid are non-refundable if the work has been completed as per the estimate approved by the customer.
